I consider myself to be very blessed to have the opportunity to teach at Salem Lutheran School. This will be my eleventh year teaching at Salem, and I look forward to building relationships with all of my students and their families. I’d like to share a bit of my life and background with you:
I grew up in Orange and am a graduate of Orange Lutheran High School. I received my B.A. in Liberal Studies at Cal Poly- Pomona and my teaching credential from the University of California, Irvine. After completing my teaching program, I taught in the public school systems locally. I took several years off from the classroom to dedicate myself to being a full-time mom.
I have had the opportunity to live in Atlanta, Georgia and San Diego before returning back to Orange County in 2004. Upon returning to the area, God blessed my family and me with a wonderful church home and school here at Salem. We are happy to be part of this loving community!
My husband, Bill, and I have 5 children! Though three are off to college this year, ours remains a busy household (to say the least!) We are involved in numerous sports and community activities.
